Training session: non-performance or improper performance of IT Contract

Workshops on non-performance or improper performance of IT Contract – what to do to avoid disputes and what to do in conflict situations between the Contractor and the Client – will be held on 9 June 2020 in Warsaw.

The following issues will be discussed:

• IT implementation and maintenance – how to avoid disagreements between the Contractor and the Client
• Procedural options aimed at actual performance of the obligation (contract) – which claims
• Procedural options aimed at termination of the Contract – when and on what terms the Contractor and the Client may withdraw from the Contract
• Procedural ways to settle disputes regarding IT implementation and maintenance
