Online training course: Public contracts in light of the new Act on Public Procurement with special regard to the IT market

27 kw. 2020

On 11 September 2019, the Polish Sejm enacted the new Act on Public Procurement. The Act will enter into force on 1 January 2021, so there is still some time which both Awarding Entities and Contractors should use to make themselves familiar with the new regulation and adapt their operation to its requirements.

On 28 April 2020, an online training will be held entitled “Public contracts in light of the new Act on Public Procurement with special regard to the IT market”, organised by the Centre of Information Technology Promotion (Centrum Promocji Informatyki).

The purpose of the training is to introduce the new reality of public contracts to the participants so that on 1 January 2021 you wake up at ease and convinced that you are properly prepared for applying the new law.

The training session will be hosted by Tomasz Krzyżanowski, Attorney-at-Law and Piotr Nepelski, Attorney-at-Law.

You can register for the event via the website of Centrum Promocji Informatyki.

We hope to see you there!
