Piotr Nepelski
Bio
Piotr Nepelski specializes in public procurement law and commercial contract law, with a special focus on IT contracts. He has several years of professional experience in advising contracting authorities and contractors in both the public and private sectors. He provides advice for leading players in the IT industry and the largest contracting authorities in Poland, including in the energy and transport sectors.
Piotr gained experience advising on some of the largest tenders in Poland. He has represented Clients at all stages of the public procurement procedure, including before the National Appeals Chamber. He has also given legal advice to Clients during performance of contracts, as well as in disputes concerning IT contracts.
He is admitted to the bar in Warsaw, and is a consultant at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications.
He speaks at conferences and conducts training in Poland. He is the author and co-author of publications on public procurement and IT-related issues.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, and completed an English law course organized by the British Law Centre and an American law course organized by the Center for American Law Studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
He speaks English.
