Paweł Krzykowski
Bio
Paweł Krzykowski is an attorney-at-law and specialises in managerial contracts concluded with members of management boards of companies operating in Poland. He has drawn up analyses concerning the application of remuneration policies on awarding variable elements of the remuneration package which are in effect in financial institutions, in connection with implementation of the CRD package.
He advises on non-competition agreements, non-solicitation clauses and non-disclosure agreements. He supports clients in matters related to working hours, and creating the in-company remuneration regulations, bonus regulations, work regulations, and other internal procedures for employees.
He is also experienced in handling industrial relations issues, matters related to working with trade unions and works councils, and the creation and functioning of special negotiating teams and European works councils.
He advises on issues related to collective redundancies and voluntary departure programmes. He represents employers in labour-related litigation.
Between 2007 and 2019, he worked with some of the largest international law firms operating in Poland. His experience includes advising Polish and international corporations on all labour aspects of M&A transactions in Poland. During that time, he also advised on dozens of such projects, which were often among the largest transactions on the Polish legal market. He has also worked on cross-border projects, such as cross-border mergers, dealing with the labour issues. He specialises in advising on all labour aspects of transfer of an employment establishment or part of an employment establishment pursuant to article 23 (1) of the Labour Code.
He is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the Employment Law Association.
Paweł Krzykowski is registered with the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He lectures on labour law and social security for the bar association in Warsaw. He is a graduate in law at the University of Warsaw and did postgraduate managerial and financial studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
He is fluent in English.
