Patrycja Gierdal
Bio
Patrycja’s practice focus is civil law and intellectual property law, specifically trademark law, and also protection of personality rights and laws on combating unfair competition. At TKP, Patrycja works in the industrial property and brand management law team in the intellectual property practice group.
Patrycja advises in cases before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), Polish Patent Office, and common courts, including intellectual property courts.
Patrycja gained her professional experience in reputed law firms in Toruń and Warsaw.
Trainee attorney-at-law at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. Patrycja studied law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, and completed postgraduate studies in industrial property law at Warsaw University. While studying she also completed the one-year Comparative Law School run by lecturers from abroad. Patrycja has participated in numerous national academic conferences on criminal law and intellectual property law. She advises in English and Polish, and is currently learning Italian.
