Bio

Małgorzata has more than nine years’ experience advising IT sector companies. She began her career as an in-house lawyer in the legal department of an integrator on the Warsaw IT market, where her day-to-day duties included advising the employer on public procurement proceedings, drawing up agreements with business counterparties, and advising on contract implementation. After more than five years, Małgorzata decided to start her own business, providing services for both contractors and contracting authorities. She was retained to advise on the tender and implementation stages of the biggest IT tender contracts in Poland.

Małgorzata has devised numerous plans for clients to win public tenders. She drafts the tender documentation and monitors to ensure proceedings are conducted properly.

Since 2013, she has frequently represented contractors and contracting authorities before the National Appeals Chamber.
