Klaudia Nowak
Bio
At TKP, Klaudia is part of the real estate and property development law, and also the restitution law practice, and works on court and administrative cases.
Her practice focus is a broad range of substantive civil law and litigation law issues,. To date, Klaudia has advised on court and administrative cases for commercial clients, and is also experienced in drafting agreements and legal opinions on civil and administrative law.
She gained her professional experience in law firms in Krakow specializing in a full range of corporate law issues, and in real estate, intellectual property, and personal data protection law.
Klaudia studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, and did her master’s thesis at the Chair of Labor Law and Social Policy under Professor Krzysztof W. Baran. Klaudia is a trainee with the Cracow Bar Association, and is also currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in intellectual property and new media law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University.
Klaudia speaks fluent English, including legal English.
