Katarzyna Kosiba-Łuczak
Bio
Katarzyna specializes in copyright law and in handling disputes at the pre-trial, litigation and enforcement stages. She also deals with the legal issues of collective management of copyright. At our Law Firm, she works in the Copyright and Industrial Property Law Team.
Katarzyna gained her experience working for a Kraków-based Law Firm, where she dealt with civil law and economic law, and providing legal assistance to businesses.
She has also lectured on French intellectual property law at the H. Grotius Centre for Intellectual Property Law in Warsaw.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, in management of intellectual property at the Intellectual Property Law Institute of the Jagiellonian University, and of the School of French Law, which is a joint initiative of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and the University of Orleans. She studied at the University of Reims (France) on the Socrates/Erasmus program, and attended the Summer University of the Foundation for Continental Law at the Sorbonne in Paris. She was admitted to the bar in Kraków in 2016.
She is fluent in English and French.
