Bio

As a member of the IT-Telco and Public Procurement law Teams, Karolina Grochecka-Goljan is part of the TMT Practice at our Law Firm. She advises Clients (contractors and contracting authorities in the public and private sectors) on new technologies law, including copyright and public procurement law.  

Karolina gained professional experience cooperating with one of the leading software providers in the market and with a Warsaw law firm specializing in advising IT companies. Her practice to date has included providing a broad range of legal services to business entities, in particular in the IT sector, in areas such as economic law, copyright, public procurement and civil law.  

Karolina is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. From 2014 to 2016, she trained for the bar, and was admitted in March 2017. She completed a postgraduate program in new technologies law at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.

She advises Clients in Polish and English.
