Dariusz Krzak
Bio
His practice focus is commercial law and new technologies law, as well as intellectual property law, in particular copyright. At TKP, he is part of the Media Communication & Entertainment team, and Commercial and Corporate team. He advises technology (online services), e-sport and gaming, e-commerce, and influencer marketing industry clients.
He gained his experience working at law firms in Kraków and Warsaw, advising on corporate and intellectual property law.
He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, where he wrote his master’s thesis on Parody in Copyright at the Chair of Intellectual Property Law. In 2017, he studied at the University of Malta on the Erasmus Program.
He speaks fluent English.
