New Technologies Law Association

New Technologies Law Association began its activities on 24 April 2019.

One of the main originators is Xawery Konarski, Senior Partner of the Traple Konarski Podrecki i Wspólnicy Law Firm, who on 10 May 2019 also became the President of the Association.

The main goal of the Association is the integration of lawyers specialising in TMT, as well as promoting knowledge about New Technologies Law. The activities of the Association will include preparing assessments and reports, initiating research and organising conferences and training sessions on New Technologies Law.

We are pleased to inform you that in addition to Xavery Konarski the nearly 50 founder-members also include: Paweł Podrecki, Attorney-at-Law, Professor of the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Jan Byrski, PhD Habil., Attorney-at-Law, Agnieszka Wachowska, Legal Advisor, and Grzegorz Sibiga, PhD, Attorney-at-Law.
