Webinar: Appeals and Complaints in New Public Procurement Law

05 Nov 2019

The new Public Procurement Law is announced to be truly revolutionary – it is supposed to change, simplify and put into order the public procurement market. The new regulations significantly broaden the scope of activities which may be appealed against to the National Appeals Chamber. This, in turn, may lead to increased number of cases recognised by the National Appeals Chamber. In theory, it will be easier for contractors to assert their rights.

The webinar, entitled “Appeals and Complaints in New Public Procurement Law” and organised by the Polish Chamber for IT and Telecommunications will be held on 6 November 2019 in Warsaw.

We are pleased to announce that the webinar will be held by the expert from our Law Firm, Piotr Nepelski, Attorney-at-Law, who will analyse the changes introduced by the new Act and their potential influence on the way legal remedies will be used after Public Procurement Law is implemented on 1 January 2021.
