Training course: Practical aspects of PSD2 Directive implementation

On 4 September 2019, a training course entitled “Practical aspects of PSD2 Directive implementation in the context of amendments to the regulation of payment services market” will be held in Warsaw.

The purpose of the course is to review the practical consequences of the changes brought by the implementation of PDS2 Directive in Polish law.

We are pleased to announce that the training course will be hosted by our FinTech experts:

  • Jan Byrski, PhD Habil. – will hold the session entitled “Introduction to the Payment Services Act in terms of PSD2 Directive implementation” and “Amendment of the list of exemptions to application of the Payment Services Act”;
  • Karol Juraszczyk – will hold the session entitled “Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) and liability for unauthorised transactions”;
  • Michał Synowiec – will hold the session entitled “Rules of providing new payment services (AIS/PIS) and notification of PSD2-related incidents”.
