10th Competition Law Congress

The 10th Competition Law Congress organised by Puls Biznesu will be held in Warsaw on 15 November 2018.

Prof. of the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Paweł Podrecki, PhD, Habil., will give a speech on “Permitted and Prohibited Restrictions in the System of Franchise Distribution”, including:

• Scope of permitted exchange of information in franchise chains;
• RPM in franchise chains in the context of new technological solutions, including, in particular, the use of IT systems for the purpose of orders – hub risk assessment & spoke cartel;
• Franchise chain as a single economic unit (~UBER – case study);
• Uniformity of advertising campaigns regarding prices, discounts and packages of goods in franchise chains.
