Agnieszka Pazdan
Bio
At TKP, Agnieszka’s practice areas are litigation and real estate, construction projects, and reprivatization.
Agnieszka specializes in substantive civil law and litigation law, with a particular focus on real estate law. Agnieszka has advised both Polish and foreign businesses on a full range of issues in court, administrative, and combined court and administrative cases, mainly focusing on reprivatization disputes. She has also worked on real estate and pre-transaction due diligence procedures, procedures to determine the legal status of real estate, and return of expropriated property, for instance in the case of construction projects. Agnieszka is also experienced in drafting legal opinions on administrative and commercial law, and drawing up and negotiating contracts.
She developed her professional experience at a prestigious law firm in Cracow, and studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Agnieszka also completed postgraduate studies in the legal and economic grounds for the construction project process at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is a member of the Cracow Bar Association.
