Małgorzata Soppa-Garstecka
Bio
Małgorzata works in the Media Communication & Entertainment team. She advises clients in the e-commerce sector and on new technologies law, laws on advertising and promotion, or for example on personality right issues. He/she also works on projects in 19 CEE jurisdictions for an technological sector client providing internet services.
Malgorzata gained her professional experience at Kraków law firms that provide legal services for business, and in the legal department of a Kraków property developer group, working on assignments involving for example commercialization processes and sales of projects on the Warsaw and Kraków markets.
Małgorzata is admitted to the bar in Kraków. She is a graduate in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Her master’s dissertation was on Establishing Separate Property Title to a Residential Unit. She also completed studies on intellectual property and new media law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, and wrote a thesis entitled Let’s Play and Computer Game Copyright.
Małgorzata has a fluent command of English.
