Conference: Contracting IT Services and Contractor Relations

On 14-15 November 2019, a conference on “Contracting IT Services and Contractor Relations” organised by MMC Polska will be held in Warsaw.

Matters related to the choice of IT service providers – what deserves special attention and what aspects should be considered while choosing a contractor – will be discussed at the conference. The speakers will also present the obligations related to protection of personal data of parties to an IT agreement as well as the most frequent traps and mistakes in purchasing practice.

The Traple Konarski Podrecki & Wspólnicy Law Firm will be represented by Jan Byrski, PhD, Habil., Attorney-at-Law, and Agnieszka Wachowska, Attorney-at-Law, who will give the following speeches:

• Jan Byrski, PhD, Habil., Attorney-at-Law: “Outsourcing in the light of the EBA guidelines and PFSA requirements”;
• Agnieszka Wachowska, Attorney-at-Law: “Liquidated damages and other possible consequences of proper performance of IT agreements – a practical approach”.
