Workshop: Construction Contracts

The next edition of the “Construction contracts: investor-contractor relations in the process of implementing a construction project” workshop organised by the Puls Biznesu daily will take place on 11-12 December 2019 in Warsaw.

The purpose of the meeting is to familiarise the participants with the duties arising from construction law, including effective conclusion of contracts for construction projects, rights arising from warranty and guarantee, and ways of securing claims.

We are pleased to announce that during the event a lecture entitled “Copyright in investment and construction proceedings” will be given by Rafał Klimek, Attorney-at-Law, and Emilia Chmielewska, Attorney-at-Law.
