Henryk Hoser
Bio
Henryk Hoser specializes in personal data protection law and Hose a broad range of new technologies law issues. He represents Clients in proceedings before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Henryk acquired his professional experience at the Office of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, working in the Jurisdiction, Legislation and Complaints Department, where he dealt with administrative proceedings regarding complaints about irregularities in the processing of personal data. He has cooperated with law firms and consultancy firms specializing in personal data protection and acted as the Information Security Administrator for operators in a range of industries, including cooperative, medical, automotive and production.
He conducts personal data and implementation audits, and advises Clients, in particular financial institutions, on developing and updating documentation relating to the processing of personal data.
A speaker at numerous conferences and training courses, Henryk has authored and co-authored legal papers on personal data protection and secrets protected by law, including articles on changes introduced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Henryk is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
He advises Clients in Polish and English.
