Cases on Intellectual Property are Waiting for Their Court

The discussion about the establishment of courts to deal with intellectual property has been going on for years, but to date has not brought about any changes to the operation of common courts. Within a few months, however, new regulations may come into force, under which special courts will start to operate as soon as in 2018. In today’s issue of the Rzeczpospolita daily, Prof. of the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Paweł Podrecki, PhD, Habil., and Anna Sokołowska-Ławniczak, PhD, talk about the intellectual property courts.
