The Forum for Freedom and Growth took part between 28 and 30 October, and brought together industry experts and representatives of the world of business, science and politics.

The Innovation panel featured, among others, a speech by Paweł Podrecki, PhD, hab., who talked about intellectual property protection, amendments to the intellectual property law and the so-called innovation act. He also proposed comprehensive legislative amendments that help create an innovation-friendly legal ecosystem.

The outcomes of the work of individual expert groups will take the form of proposals of amendments to the acts of parliament, and will then be presented to the President of the Republic of Poland.

We are pleased to announce that the Traple Konarski Podrecki & Wspólnicy law firm was honoured as a leader of the law firms ranking, which was published on 14 May this year by the “Rzeczpospolita” daily.

We are pleased to announce that our law firm was once more awarded distinctions in the Chambers Europe ranking. On 27 April 2015, new edition of the Chambers Europe ranking has been published, in which the Traple Konarski Podrecki & Wspólnicy law firm once again was granted the title of the leader in the TMT field (Band 1) and intellectual property law runner-up (Band 2).

This year, individual commendations went to:
