The Act on Combating Unfair Use of Contractual Advantage in Trading of Agricultural and Food Products of 15 December 2016 enters into force today.

Traple Konarski Podrecki i Wspólnicy Law Firm offers legal advice on the application of the new legal act. In particular, we offer assistance in determining how the unfair use of contractual advantage should be interpreted. Focus will also be on issues related to the very concept of contractual advantage and the unfair use thereof, settlement systems used between suppliers and buyers, and the manner of negotiating new commercial terms.
