A webinar entitled “Contractual Abusive and Compulsory Clauses in the New Public Procurement Law” will be held on 23 October 2019. The event is organised by the Polish Chamber for IT and Telecommunications.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss particular changes made by the implementation of the new Public Procurement Law and to present their effect on Clients and Contractors and potential influence on the way decisions are made by the National Appeals Chamber after Public Procurement Law is implemented on 1 January 2021.

Forum of Electronic Media Law will be held on 9-10 April 2019 in Opole.

This event is the largest Polish non-profit scientific conference. The conference is a periodical forum for exchanging thoughts and experiences between prominent scientists and practitioners of the topic. It is organised by scientists and representatives of the practice interested in electronic media law.

The main topics of this year’s edition will be:
