Electromobility and intellectual property law

Every time revolutionary technologies become a reality, the question arises of whether intellectual property law protecting a range of intangible works will apply to them, and above all whether it continues to be relevant in view of highly innovative solutions. The same is true of electromobility, which includes electrically powered vehicles. Electromobility is growing at a staggering rate, including in Poland. This is an especially important issue in view of predictions that there will be 500 million electric vehicles on the roads by 2040, patent attorney Dr Anna Sokołowska-Ławniczak writes in Trendy w Energetyce.
