Laws and Regulations Complementing the GDPR. Current Problems with Legal Data Protection in 2018

At the end of 2018, C.H. Beck published an annual supplement to Monitor Prawniczy dedicated to personal data protection entitled “Przepisy prawa uzupełniające RODO. Aktualne problemy prawnej ochrony danych osobowych 2018” [Laws and Regulations Complementing the GDPR. Current Problems with Legal Data Protection in 2018].

The supplement is dedicated to laws and regulations complementing the GDPR related to its application. The articles discuss solutions included both in the new Personal Data Protection Act, as well as in special regulations.

Lawyers of the Traple Konarski Podrecki i Wspólnicy Law Firm have participated in the preparation of each supplement from the very first publication back in 2011, and last year marks the eighth time they had the pleasure of publishing their material in this journal.
